A Drunk Breathalyzer

So looking back at Halloween and you’ll recall all the crazy Balloon Boy costumes, all the Jon and Kate plus 8 costumes, all the naughty bee costumes, but what you might not have seen is the guy in the Breathalyzer costume, and the reason is he was in jail. That’s right, James Miller, you know all him, brought the ironic party to town as the donned his very best high-tech apparatus for catching drunks, then proceeded to get smashed on some fantastic Bud Light, and then drive around. At some point he was pulled over and we can only hope forced to breath into a breathalyzer while repeating “I’m not looking into a mirror, I’m not looking into a mirror.” The next morning when this guy was released from jail he immediately went home to put on a pink polo shirt and pop the collar, it’s the only way he knew of relaxing.

According to a police report, 18-year-old James N. P. Miller, of Cincinnati, was seen driving the wrong way out of the entrance to a one-way street at East Park Place in Oxford.

Officers executed a traffic stop and found that Miller was wearing a breathalyzer costume. After investigation, police said, Miller was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
